See You At The Pole

Matthew 18:20 For where two or three come togethert in my name, there am I with them.

See You at the Pole? is a student-initiated, student organized, and student-led event. That means this is all about students meeting at their school flagpole to pray?for their school, friends teachers, government, and their nation. See You at the Pole? is not a demonstration, political rally, nor a stand for or against anything.

See You at the Pole? is scheduled annually on the fourth Wednesday in September. The suggested starting time is 7 a.m. If that doesn't work for your school, choose a time that will work for your school, but let everyone at your school know!

Contact UPPEN at uppen@prayupperperk.org for more information for yourself, your church or youth group. Stay tune for more information on See You AT The Pole for 2012.

UPPEN Monthly Prayer Meeting

The Upper Perk Prayer Evangelism Network (UPPEN) holds a monthly prayer meeting of all participating churches in Upper Perk and the greater region. It is a time to humble ourselves, to pray to God, to seek God, to hear from God and a time to get new assignments from God for the region. Through the unity of many churches humbling themselves and coming together in prayer for revival; God is moving in powerful ways to bring transformation to Upper Perk and the greater region. Contact UPPEN at uppen@prayupperperk.org for more information.

 Marketplace Transformation

Marketplace transformation! The Marketplace is a major focus of the Upper Perk Prayer Evangelism Network (UPPEN). Marketplace transformation grows as more businesses catch a vision for transformation and partner together to positively impact their community.

Marketplace transformation is happening in Upper Perk through multiple ways. The Upper Perk Christian Businessmen Group has been meeting for 8 years and sponsors breakfast gatherings with speakers from the marketplace. The Christian Business Men's Committee (CBMC) holds a weekly luncheon at a local restaurant. The UPPEN network will begin hosting "Marketplace Transformation Breakfasts" in 2012. The book "Anointed For Business" by Ed Silvoso will help lay the foundation for marketplace transformation. The marketplace includes Church (Sunday), Business (Monday), Education (Tuesday), Government (Wednesday), Media (Thursday), Arts & Entertainment (Friday) and Family (Saturday). Pray for the marketplace transformation by praying each day for one of these seven segments of the marketplace. To learn more about marketplace transformation contact UPPEN at
